Collection & Deliveries

Delivery Information - Local

  • If you are based in Willenhall, Wolverhampton, Walsall, Cannock, Rugeley, Lichfield, Birmingham and the surrounding areas, delivery on orders is currently at a flat rate of £10.00 + VAT and you can order as much as you like. 
  • If you are based outside of these areas including Telford, Stafford, Burton, an additional delivery charge of up to £10 + VAT may apply (subject to your order volumes).
  • Orders confirmed for delivery which are stocked at our main site are delivered within 1 - 2 days.
  • Orders which are not stocked in Willenhall will be delivered within 2 - 3 days.
  • Alternatively you can collect your order free of charge. (See below).

Pallet Network Delivery and Parcel Delivery

  • National pallet deliveries are quoted on your delivery location. Approx. carriage rates per pallet is between £40 - £50.00 + VAT per pallet.
  • Parcels can be shipped from £4.99 + VAT.
  • If you would like to place an order for parcel or pallet delivery - simply send your order enquiry and we will aim to provide best possible shipping rate.

Dedicated Delivery for outside of Midlands

  • You can maximise your order and benefit from significantly lower transport costs as opposed to the pallet network when you select this option. Please call or email to discuss further. Tel: 0345 077 3207 or sales@packaging-deals.co.uk 

Collection

  • Please call/ email us to confirm stock availability before placing a collection order on 0345 077 3207.
  • Collections are by appointment only - please be aware your order will not be prepared immediately after placing your order. Always give us a call to discuss any urgent requirements.
  • In the event your order is not in stock, we will inform you at the earliest and/ or propose an alternative or confirm when the item will be back in stock. At times, we do not hold all our stock at one designated site therefore some orders may take an additional 1 - 2 days to fulfil. In the circumstances a member of our team will advise.
  • Your order may be collected from either of the following postcodes  WV11 3DS or WV12 4LF. 

General

  • For our standard service - deliveries are made on working days only and exclude Public/ Bank Holidays. 
  • Weekend deliveries can be arranged.
  • We are only able to make deliveries to a ground floor entrance point/ loading bay of your business or home.
  • Most products on this site are stock lines. In the event there is an unforeseen problem with your order – we will endeavour to inform you at the earliest and/ or aim provide you with an alterative if this is possible.
  • We can usually deliver between 6am and 7pm. Please make sure somebody is available to accept your order. Failed deliveries will need to be rearranged and will incur an additional cost.
  • We are unable to deliver to PO BOX addresses.
  • Uncollected orders will be held for no longer than 2 working days and thereafter will be cancelled and refunded. Refunds may take up to 2 working days to process.
