Collection & Deliveries

Delivery Information - Local

  • If you are based in Willenhall, Wolverhampton, Walsall, Bilston, Cannock and some of the surrounding areas - delivery is free on orders £45.00 + VAT and over. For orders below a delivery charge of £7.99 + VAT will apply. 
  • If you are based in Birmingham, Telford and near to areas delivery is free on orders £65.00 + VAT and over. For orders below a delivery charge of £11.99 will apply.
  • Delivery will be charged separately depending on your location.
  • Orders confirmed for delivery which are stocked at our main site in Willenhall are delivered within a timeframe of the same working day to 3 working days.

Parcel Delivery 

  • Starts from £4.99 + VAT to UK Mainland. 

Dedicated Delivery for outside of Midlands

Collection

  • Collections are by appointment only - please be aware your order will not be prepared immediately after placing your order. Always give us a call to discuss any urgent requirements and to confirm stock availability.

General

  • For our standard service - deliveries are made on working days only and exclude Public/ Bank Holidays. 
  • Weekend deliveries can be arranged.
  • We are only able to make deliveries to a ground floor entrance point/ loading bay of your business or home.
  • Most products on this site are stock lines. In the event there is an unforeseen problem with your order – we will endeavour to inform you at the earliest and/ or aim provide you with an alterative if this is possible.
  • We can usually deliver between 6am and 7pm. Please make sure somebody is available to accept your order. Failed deliveries will need to be rearranged and will incur an additional cost.
  • We are unable to deliver to PO BOX addresses.
  • Uncollected orders will be held for no longer than 2 working days and thereafter will be cancelled and refunded. Refunds may take up to 2 working days to process.
